User status in the system

Designation and difference of user statuses in the system:

  • “Not confirmed” - assigned to all new registered users;
  • “Active” - the status from “Not Confirmed” changes to “Active” if the user clicks on the activation link from the letter;
  • The status "Locked" is used to block getting requests (letters) from the e-mail address of this user (for example, if it is spam). Blocked user cannot log in. But it's included in the total score;
  • The status "Fired" is used in case of dismissal of an employee, the status is permanent and it's impossible to change it to another, so the user will not be able to log in to the system. Not included in the payment.

You can always change /assign any status to the user in Management -> Contacts.
