System usability

This article describes the convenient features of the system, the knowledge of which can significantly accelerate the work with HelpDeskEddy system.

Follow hotkeys are available:

  • Creation of a new ticket - ALT + N;
  • Place the cursor on the search line - ALT+ S;
  • Create a ticket, send a reply - CTRL + ENTER;
  • Close the ticket - ALT + X;
  • Take the ticket - ALT + M;
  • Write a comment - ALT + A;
  • View history - ALT + H;
  • Open client card - ALT + C;
  • Equipment - ALT + R;
  • Page navigation - CTRL + LEFT ARROW (previous page), CTRL + RIGHT ARROW (next page);

Quick search: in case you want to go to a certain ticket using its unique number (ID), just type #ticketNumber in the search (for example: #1234).
