This article describes easy system tips, knowledge of which can significantly speed up the work with HelpDesk system.

Hot buttons are available in HelpDeskEddy. Get acquainted:

  • creation of new button - alt + n
  • put cursor to the search box - alt + s
  • create request, send response - ctrl + enter
  • close request - alt + x
  • assign yourself - alt + m
  • write comment - alt + a
  • view history - alt + h
  • Open client card - alt + c
  • Equipment - alt + r

Quick search: in case you want to go into a certain ticket, using its unique number (ID), just type in the search box #Request number (for example: #1234);
