HelpDeskEddy allows you to completely customize the system appearance for customer's needs.
To personalize the portal, go to the settings: Control -> Global Settings -> Appearance. This section provides the following settings:
- System logo (preferably PNG format);
- Favicon - The icon that appears at the top of the system;
- Style CSS - All changes are made using CSS. If you need help in changing colors - feel free to contact our support team! You can promptly specify the desired color, we will help you!
- Style CSS API – The style which affects the portal appearance to be integrated into another service.
